Unable to access The EA app or download anything

I have been attempting to download EA play games of the xbox game pass only to encounter "there was  a hiccup" I then attempted to download apex legends to no avail. I ran the app as administrator, changed file ,locations and deleted and reinstalled twice. Now i am encountering server error 500.

I have been in contact with EA support and they have requested i make a post here.
