Unable to play anything above G rating - only on PC

I have Xbox Game Pass and EA Play. I have no issues playing any EA game on my Xbox console. My Xbox account has no content restrictions. 

But when I go onto my PC and try to play any games through the EA app that is rated G or above, I get the following message, "not currently playable" e.g. Battlefield Hardline. which is rated MA15+. If we I switch to game that is rated G such as F1-24 I can download and play it. Game rated PG or above, i get the error "not currently playable".

I'm from Australia. 

For testing, I went back to my Xbox, and had no problems downloading and playing Battlefield Hardline. So its just a PC issue.

I tried clearing the cache for th EA App on the PC, no luck. Unistalled the EA App and reinstalled from scratch, still no luck. I'm at a loss what to try next. 

P.S. I have no issue playing MA15+ titles on the my PC via just GamePass, just those via the EA Play app.

    If you cannot access certain games due to age restrictions and you're not underage, the age on your account might be incorrect. To get assistance updating the Date of Birth on your EA account, please contact EA Help Support.
