Unlink banned account from other platforms
Hello,
in few days ago i just found out my EA account banned, and i was playing apex legend on steam platform and my EA is linked with my Steam , so i just give up on account and want to unlink it from steam but EA won't allow me , and there is no sign of guide from EA support team i email them like 3-4 times to at least delete my account or unlink it from my steam but it's like the email i received is from a bot they can't even read title of my email they just talking about we investigating your account . . . i don't want my account , i just it unlinked from my steam , how this is even possible if i get banned from origin i go make new account and forget old one , but when i link it to my steam and banned my steam account will be doomed cause i can't play any EA games

Unfortunately if your EA account has been banned, it's not possible to unlink any platforms from you. You can try to delete the EA account, but that won't delete the links themselves, so your platforms wouldn't be able to be linked to something else.
If you want to unlink your platform accounts, you'll need to get your EA account unbanned, and if you'd like to raise an appeal to try to do so you can reach out to our terms of service team via the webform in the following article:
