Unlink from STEAM

I recently purchased "Star Wars JEDI: Fallen Order" on STEAM, but my STEAM is linked to a banned EA account. I have no idea what's going on, I haven't used my EA account for a long time, until "Star Wars JEDI: Fallen Order" on STEAM forcibly linked my account to the EA app, I found this account was banned, want to Unlink it from STEAM and replace it with a new EA account, but there is no response to EAhelp online chat, and no records can be found even when sending emails. Is there any solution?

    Hi @II-JieHuaFa-II,

    Before the account can be unlinked, you'll need to contact the Terms of Service team to appeal the ban on your EA account- We're not able to assist with bans directly here on AHQ.

    If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Click Select contact option.
    6. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    Terms of Service cases won't appear under the My Cases section on your account, but if you've submitted an appeal, the Terms of Service team will get this reviewed and get back to you with the results as quickly as possible- keep an eye on your email for their reply.

    I filed an appeal two months ago to remove the association between my STEAM account and EA account because my STEAM account was linked to a banned EA account. But two months have passed and I still haven't received any response. Please help me.

    I filed an appeal two months ago to remove the association between my STEAM account and EA account because my STEAM account was linked to a banned EA account. But two months have passed and I still haven't received any response. Please help me.

    File a complaint with Steam that EA did not enable you to play the game and request a refund. Steam will forcefully return the amount to you
