updated my card info yday, everything ok on account but cant buy anything .. does say add card but already added the card, ugh .. whats the next step? you been hassling me every week to update and now that I have .....???
I'm not getting an Error .. its just saying ADD CARD.
It wont let me delete the old card but has accepted the new card's expiry date & cvc.
I tried buying Gems from Account page cos that's where the updated info is but it doesnt even have the delete old card on it just has the info of new card and still wants me to add new card! I tried putting old card info back in so I could delete it but all I got for my trouble was it wouldnt delete cos the card hasnt expired yet!!! ugh
Where is "The Saved Payment Method section??? ...
every time I add the new card I get this 'Add new card from The Saved Payment Method section' but it doesn't tell u where that is so of course cant add it from there!!
It doesnt say ERROR it just says ADD CARD .. the Continue is greyed out.
Mod-Jada in her post says 'enter new card info then delete old card' well have tried to delete, it wont delete just keeps coming up add new card .. but its already accepted new card on my account, ugh

Just to make sure that I'm understanding this right, because it looks like in your second screenshot that it has your new card. But when you try to buy something, is that when it pulls the old card again, and does it then give you errors?
the info on the card is the current info that expires on 31st July this year although in account it has accepted my new card info which is Expires at end Feb 2030 ...

That doesnt make sense. So now new card has been accepted in my account but cant use it to buy anything till old card has expired? On 31st July 2026!
My bank says I can start using the new card now cos its valid from July 2026 to feb 2030

What error are you getting exactly when you try to buy something? We have an article here with some steps that might be helpful, but if it doesn't solve your problem, could you share some more info?
