Updating my case
I can't update my case. Every time I try to update my case on the website I get redirected to an error message that says: "Sorry, that page doesn't exist!" What's going on? What gives?
Hi @Drguyks Thanks for the update, can we try on another browser like chrome or edge and check if it loads? If not, I would recommend creating a new case and referencing your existing one in the case information letting our support know you are unable to resume it.
