    Hey there @pocanizinterneta,

    If the verification code to get logged into your account isn't come through for you, you'll need to contact the live support team so they can look into this further and see what's going on- here on AHQ, we don't have access to your account details to help with any login issues. 

    Please contact live support by submitting a help request here so they can investigate into this further with you.

I have same issue. But I have created a case to change email of an old account where the email is inactivated and impossible to recover from microsoft. I've got several answers with several days between between asking for same information. And every time I answer I get a new contact asking for same information. What on earth are your collegues doing? Should not be that hard to follow a case instead of not answering and then starting new cases.

Waste of everyones time, especially mine.

@zadaskar I also created a request for a change, but they ask me to tell them the code that was supposed to come to which no letter comes and when they already ask for some information, I don’t remember much about this account because I thought I didn’t have an EA account at all, I found out that it exists only through steam
