Unlinking my PSN account from an email i no longer have

Hi so all I'm trying to do is use the ea play subscription i have on my ps5 onto my pc. The issue is is the email that is linked to my psn account that has access to EA play i no longer have it nor can i get it. I'd rather not buy another ea play subscription if it can be helped

Unfortunately we can't help with account issues here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team they'll be able to take a look into this for you. It might be easier to just change the email address of the linked EA account, as unlinking it will mean that you lose your EA games progress (since that's stored at the EA account level), but they'll be able to take a look at how they can best help you.

this account is that one that has access to ea play but i dont have the email i was able to get onto this account via the ps5, but when i go to unlink my account it needs to send a code to the email
