Hi @PGen98 

If you want to unlink your Xbox account and don't have the option to do it in your EA account settings, then you will need to speak with an EA adviser so they can verify details with you and unlink those account for you.

You can go into your EA account and see what console accounts you have linked here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index

If your accounts are linked just fine then you might be experiencing an issue with Xbox Game Pass not connecting properly to EA Desktop, this has been a big problem for many people since it all released this past week or so.

      I have been waiting for an EA advisor for hours. The time wait keeps changing, going up and down. At one point it reached 0 minuets to wait but still wouldn't let me start a chat. I have been very very very frustrated with this. I cannot get anything to work or get anyone on the live chat to even start a convo. I need help!!!
