    Hi @ShadowBramble,

Absolutely, no worries at all! When you're navigating the Uninstall process for the EA app, accessible through the Windows Control Panel or Apps screen, you'll come across the Repair option. This Repair feature essentially performs a reinstallation of the app, but without the need for a complete uninstall and reinstall. It scans for any damaged or corrupted files and seeks to fix them during the Repair process. This can be especially useful when you're encountering a particular issue that might be resolved through repairs.

    Hope this helps. 🙂

@EA_Leeuw Thank you, that does help. I also cleared the cache in the EALaunchHelper folder which resolved the issue. Is that ok to do as well? I see it was recommended on here for an issue I was having and a community manager was pointing other users towards the guidance. If you could advise about that, I would appreciate it.

The EA App has been working just fine for me until today, out of the blue. I was playing Sims 4 yesterday just fine.  The App starts to load but then just disappears.  Ive gone into uninstall programs to see if i can repair but the only option i have is uninstall.  Is there another way to repair it ??? Ive rebooted my pc and tried all sorts  but nothing is working.  Searches suggest that many others have been having issues opening the App since its launch and some have found solutions and some haven't. Im guessing the bug or bugs still aren't fixed.. First time since Sims 1 i wont be able to play any more, im devastated..  ☹️  Luckily for me i only have sims on EA and the rest of my games are from Steam.  If anyone has any suggestions how to repair this it would be most appreciated.

so if it's reinstalling the game, its taking up more and more space each time you repair right? because it happened to me and i desperately need a solution to get rid of all the space.
