here are the instructions on how to redeem a product code - you can do this several ways, though I'm assuming you want to redeem it directly through the EA app. The article has a video and here are the steps:

1. Launch the EA app.
2. Log in to your EA Account. 
3. Open My Library.
4. Select Redeem Code.
