Where to download my purchase games
I recently reformatted my HDD and i want to download the EA games which I purchased previously under my account. Based on what Google mentioned, there should be a download button available for the games under my account but i do not have. Instead I see a 'Manage' button which leads me to nowhere. How can I download all my games from the app?

To download your previously purchased games, log in to the same EA account you used to purchase them. If you're logged in the correct account and cannot download the games, please try clearing the EA app's cache:
- Go to the EA app menu.
- On Windows, select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
- On macOS, select Help at the top of the screen, then choose App Recovery.
- Scroll to Help.
- Select App recovery.
- Select Clear cache.
