Why doesn't EA Desktop remember my username or password?

When launching EA Desktop, under "Sign in with your EA Account", there is a "Phone or Email" and "Password" box, and a checkbox that says "Keep me signed in".   Should this keep my user and pass from...

Guyz even I have an Admin account it was a problem. Then I did something today and it worked. I have right clicked the eadesktop.exe and clicked the "Run as admin" option. Now it works. Dont ask me why.
