Won't let you refund
Tried to refund the game, send you to refund tool, after a very long wait, it says choose a game your eligible to refund. It then says I do not have any games in my library . I have have no purchase...

Used Google Chrome before it actually allowed me. I had to go to payments and order history to find the game and get the refund process to work properly. Had a little wait but overall it worked.
For what it is worth, you might be able to resolve by uninstalling the beta (if you were like me and had the beta installed prior to the pre-order).
