Subject: FC 25 Companion App Stuck on Loading Screen (iOS 18.4.1)

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue with the EA SPORTS FC 25 Companion app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 18.4.1.

The app gets stuck on the black loading screen with the EA FC Companion logo and does not proceed further. I’ve tried the following:

• Restarting my phone
• Reinstalling the app
• Switching internet networks (Wi-Fi and cellular)
• Updating to the latest iOS version

The issue still persists. Please advise on how to resolve this or if there are any known issues with the latest iOS version.
