"Hi EA Sports team,

​I have a suggestion for a new feature that could revolutionize Career Mode: the Referee Career.

​It would be incredible to play as an official, starting from lower leagues and working up to World Cup finals. The gameplay could focus on:

​Real-time Decision Making: Players must decide on fouls, offsides, and cards in split seconds.

​Dynamic Rating System: Just like players, referees should have a rating. Correct decisions (confirmed by VAR) increase the score, while mistakes (like a wrong penalty) lead to a heavy penalty (e.g., -2.0).

​Interaction & Discipline: Choosing how to talk to players to manage the match tension.

​Performance Impact: If the referee's rating drops too low (e.g., below 4.0), they could be replaced mid-game by the fourth official or face suspension from the league.

​This would add a completely new perspective to FC and provide a unique challenge for those who love the tactical and rules-based side of football.

​What do you think about adding this variety to the game?

    It's a fun idea f5xrtqq6qro4​ and could open up a lot of new gameplay possibilities but at the same time is the kind of thing that could be abused.

    There would need to be a lot of faith in the player playing as the referee and a backup system like VAR in play also.

    I'll pass the feedback on to the team for consideration.
