✉️ Open Letter to EA Sports

Dear EA Sports Team,

We are a group of loyal players who have supported the FIFA/EA Sports FC series for many years. We’ve bought the game every year, trusted your vision, and helped make it what it is today. But sadly, we are now deeply disappointed.

Every year, we hope for real improvements to the gameplay—but year after year, we are met with the same issues, the same AI behavior, the same experience with only minor cosmetic changes.

This isn’t fair. We’re not asking for miracles—we simply want a better, fresher gameplay experience that justifies our continued support.

Please, re-focus on what truly matters to players: innovation, realism, and fun. We want to feel excited to play again—not just buy a new version with different menus and kits.

💬 We say this out of love for the game—not hate. We want to enjoy your game again, as we once did.

    It would be nice to have realism back. Right now defenders can’t keep up with the pace. It’s all high scoring games because they keep buffing offense and nerfing defense. The easy passing makes everyone use one formation 4231. I think people like arcade gameplay though so doubt it will change.

    RadioShaqs​ bro are you sure you’re not playing FC24 lol? I’m playing 25 and defenders are 3 times quicker than my attackers in treacle 🤣🙈

    I’ve not seen any games ending 0-0 or anyone using slow defenders. Everyone is using 99 pace defenders. If they don’t fix the gameplay we will see fullbacks at cb again. No way is a 60 pace cb going to keep up. The only reason defenders are semi useful is they are all maxed pace. You get them in rush and you might as well just use attackers as they defend better than defender. 

    The only time someone uses a slower defender is they are evoing them or need them for an objective. 

    We need ea to bring back realism and stop these high scoring arcade games.
