My account was not only wrongly blocked but also impossible to appeal!

A few days ago, I unexpectedly received an email informing me that my FC25 account had been temporarily suspended due to suspicion of transferring in-game currency. However, I assure you that I have never engaged in any gold trading or transferred gold to other accounts. This suspension seems completely unfounded. Moreover, the fact that my account uses an email address with the 163.com domain has exacerbated the situation, as this address has been blocked by EA and thus cannot send emails. Therefore, I am currently unable to submit an appeal or establish contact with customer support. This puts me in a difficult position, as this account has been in use for four years, during which I have devoted a significant amount of time and resources every day. The current situation is extremely distressing. I am very grateful for any guidance on how to solve this problem, even if it only involves successfully contacting customer service.

  • Even if try to update another email address for the appeal, it is not possible to update the email address.

    You may not be able to update the email address until the ban issue is resolved. We have a specific process for ban appeals. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in the following link:

    Dear Mr. Barry, I have raised my objections following the steps provided in the connection you gave. However, this requires me to fill out a form and mail it to the customer service staff. But my email cannot be mailed to the customer service staff because EA has blocked emails from 163.com, and my email address is 163.com. What should I do in this situation? Is there a special way to contact the customer service without using email?😣

    哈哈哈哈兄弟,这游戏连社区经理都这么SB,只会复制粘贴的,兄弟你去看看EA客服,我记得EA客服那里有一个改邮件的你试试看,这游戏真的没救了,连社区经理都是SB,我怀疑他是不是幼儿园都没上过啊,是听不懂你话吗,不过也难怪,反正都只会复制粘贴的,我的号被误禁客服也一直再复制粘贴,明年谁还买这个游戏就是大怨种

    EA客服那换邮箱不行,问了说封禁状态下不能改,这不闭环了么,无所谓了很多人都被莫名其妙封禁了,我是主播我已经联合我粉丝全部告别这个游戏了,出fc26也不会玩了,我粉丝都很能充钱这回也帮他们省钱了我也剩下几万充别的游戏了不玩这个了,拿玩家不当回事,慢慢就等着没人玩吧
