Cheating in DRAFT Online PC

It seems to me that cheaters have been rife in the PC draft for five years now, and EA is still lashing out at the players, even though it's constantly reported. It's early in the game, and I played two drafts, both of which I lost in the finals, obviously due to cheaters, but EA thinks I was the one who went out with a 0-0 score. The only advice they give me is to use the draft token refund tool, a great way to compensate for lost time. Of course, this tool doesn't work at all; it doesn't award any tokens "because I'm not eligible." A week into the game, and one of the modes is already unplayable. It's pathetic that they haven't been able to fix it for so many years.
