Заблокировали Аккаунт SW Battlefront 2

Good afternoon, my Battlefront 2 account has been blocked. I’ve contacted support four times, and I keep receiving the same email — it seems to be from what appears to be AI, since I’m getting the same reply to completely different questions. I hope someone here can help me. The problem is this: supposedly, an “EA employee” wrote to me saying that I was banned for using cheats in the game Apex Legends, even though I didn’t buy that game and didn’t even install it on my computer. Now I can’t connect to the network in EA games. I wasn’t given the exact reason for this behavior from the staff; if anyone can help in any way, I would be very grateful. If there’s any way to contact an EA employee directly instead of talking to a bot, I would be very grateful!
