Не могу зайти на учётку старую!

Здравствуйте! Как отвязать от Steam старый аккаунт EA от которого данные давно утеряны ? Столкнулся с проблемой при входе в BF2042 просит зайти в учётную запись ([edit: email address removed]), который был утерян не могу восстановить эту почту, и из-за этого не могу зайти на аккаунт, пробовал зайти на другую учётную запись, но пишет что к этому стима уже привязана учётная запись.
