таинственная проблема с инструментами для смены почты

Играл в бф 6, далее забросил, потом в 1 момент решил все же снова зайти поиграть и вот незадача, почта была другая, решил обратиться в поддержку, и сильно об этом пожалел. 4 дня подряд мне присылали такой ответ:
