Can't log into my account

Hello, today when I tried to log into my EA account, I encountered a problem - it turns out the issue is related to my location. I live in the city of Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, and my country is not subject to EA service restrictions. Everything worked fine until October 10, 2025, when for some reason the service suddenly decided that I live in Russia. In reality, this city is fully controlled by Ukraine. I use a Ukrainian internet provider, and my account is linked to a Ukrainian phone number. The fact that Russia has claimed this city as part of its territory does not make it true, the city is still under Ukrainian control, and I don’t understand why I’m facing such territorial restrictions
P.S. I was only able to log into my account when using a VPN.
