Case not creating on EA Help & cannot request refund for EA SPORTS FC 27

Hello,

​I am trying to request a refund for EA SPORTS FC 27 because the game does not launch at all on my PC — nothing happens after I click "Play".

​Furthermore, I am having a major issue with the EA Help website: the game does not appear in the automated refund tool, and when I submit a support ticket, the page appears to send it, but no case is actually created. It does not show up under "My Cases" and I receive no email confirmation.

​Since I cannot reach support through the website ticket system, could a community manager please step in and help me process a refund for my purchase?
