Dog tags not showing in menu (BF1 bug?)

Hello, I have the following problem: in Battlefield 1 my dog tags are not showing in the menu. It looks like a bug because the dog tags menu is empty and nothing is displayed.”

    You mentioned the dog tag is empty. Specifically, where did you purchase it? EA App? Steam, etc.
