Webstore – Refund for Duplicate Charges Still Missing After 4 Weeks
Hello EA team, community managers, and moderators,
I’m reaching out here as a last resort, hoping that someone can help escalate my case to the appropriate department.
On May 20, 2025, I made four regular purchases in the SWGoH Webstore. On May 22, 2025, my account was charged multiple times for the same purchases – resulting in an excess charge of around €299.94.
The support team confirmed this was a known issue. However, after four weeks, I have still:
- Not received any refund
- Not received any binding update or timeline
- Had my tickets closed without resolution
I have been bounced between in-game support, email support, and the help.ea.com portal, without any meaningful progress.
I’m kindly asking for help from the EA team or anyone here who can escalate this to a senior representative who can provide a solution.
I am happy to share any further details (order numbers, case IDs, etc.) via DM or through the appropriate channel if that helps.
