[RESOLVED] EA 2FA codes not arriving - July 1, 2026

Every time I go to link my account to twitch it sometimes won’t send me the code but when it does, I type the code in and it says wrong code and won’t let me link my account can anyone help ?

The previously identified issue causing delays with EA Two Factor Authentication (2FA) emails has now been resolved.

If you’re still having trouble receiving a code, getting an “incorrect code” message, or accessing your EA Account, please try requesting a new code first and make sure you’re using the most recent one.

If the issue continues, or if you believe your account details were changed without your permission, please contact EA Help at https://help.ea.com so an advisor can look into your account directly.

As a reminder, we can’t investigate or make changes to EA Accounts through the forums.

Thanks for your patience while this was being worked on.

Same Problem here my friend. I woke up and someone changed my email and mobile number on file. My account was compromised because of their 2-way factor breach. Now whenever i followed the steps to get my account back have to go in circles to find a solution. Filled out a form for their security department and all i got was an automated response. I even sent a proof of picture. I had to create a separate account so i can even talk about my frustrations with trying to get my account back from EA. I doubt they even care to get our account back to us at this point losing faith and hope for EA.

FC Mobile updated, and after the update, it logged me out of my EA account. I type in the email I used which is mailto:[edit: email address removed] and it doesn't give me a code anywhere. I checked everywhere, including the inbox, spam, and promotions but I saw nothing. I hope you help me login because I really miss playing this game. Thanks for your support🙏.

Finally works, and I changed 2fa from mail to google authenticator 😅
