No play or download button for Sims4
I have no idea what happened here. I personally has never had a steam account. The app is installed in our computer, but only my husband has an account and he hasn’t played in weeks. I tried to open Sims4 today and it suddenly said “managed by steam” and asked me to login through that. I saw no reason for it suddenly to be linked to steam so I went to my account settings and lo and behold my ea account was linked to his steam so I unlinked them. I restarted the computer, tried to reopen the ea app, and now it only says that I own the standard edition of Sims4, but there is no play button. It also says my program file is located in the steam file and it’s now only on my husband’s account. I can’t redownload it either from ea because the download button is greyed out. What do I do???Error EC:201, cannot open the app
After a quite long time of not using the app I tried to open it, but the app won't open. First, it tells me the app cannot connect to EA servers and tells me to open app in offline mode, however when I open offline mode the EC:201 error appears and it says that they cannot find my account, even though on safari I log in easily. I cannot do anything except trying to go on offline mode and close the app. Also, any advice I find on the internet is to open something windows related, but I have a mcbook and the app downloaded on IOS. Please somebody help me :( Also, I don't know if somebody from Poland will read it since its my chosen language so just in case I'll write the same in polish Po długim czasie nie używania aplikacji postanowiłam zagrać w coś ale aplikacja nie chce się otworzyć. Na początku jest napisane ze aplikacja nie morze się połączyć z serwerami EA i sugerują mi granie w trybie online, ale gdy klikam w ta opcje wyskakuje error EC:201 i mówią mi ze nie mogą znaleść mojego konta, mimo ze na przeglądarce z łatwością mogę się zalogować. Nie mogę nic zrobić prócz pójścia w rzekomy tryb offline albo zamknąć aplikacje. No i jeszcze każda rada powiązana z tematem jest o grzebaniu w Windowsie, a ja mam Macbooka a aplikacje pobrana na IOS. Proszę pomóżcie mi :((
Buyying fail

I've tried about 20 times and I keep getting the same error. I cannot complete any purchase." "I have already tried different browsers and cleared my cache, but the issue persists. Could you please check if my account has a payment block due to these repeated failed attempts?"
Spending Limit Trouble
A while back I deleted the account that was the parent account to my family link. I don't remember any details about the account except a vague memory of parts of the username. I am not able to access the family link page or change the spending limit, it just says to refresh and that it won't load. I believe it is because of a technical glitch, where the system tries to access the account but can't because it doesn't exist anymore. Looking for help for resetting/getting rid of the family link feature so I can edit my spending limit. Literally a way to just link it to a new "parent" account would be great. I spent an hour with the chat support and received no help, and am feeling confused and frustrated.
