I've linked my EA games app with Epic Games. If I unlink the accounts I can't re-link them until Feb of next year! I clicked to install my new game and it opens EA app to download it. Cool. The EA app doesn't say it's linked to Epic Games but my EA account on web browser DOES say I'm connected. I try to launch Madden in EA app and it says I don't own it? Completely useless! Going to request a refund if this isn't fixed in the next 24 hours.147Views1like5Comments[INFO REQUEST] "Service Limitations Apply" Error In EA app Or Online
Hi everyone, Over the past week, we’ve seen a small uptick in reports from players encountering a “Service Limitations Apply” error in the EA app on PC and Mac. This error appears during login, when launching a game via a third-party launcher (like Steam or Epic), or when trying to link those launchers to an EA account. To help us investigate and hopefully resolve this for those affected, please share the following information in your reply: Your region/country of residence Whether you are located in or connecting through a country listed under EA’s restricted regions (see: "EA games unavailable in some countries or regions") Are you using a VPN? If so, please disable it completely (make sure no VPN-related processes are running), reboot your device, and try again. Your EA app Error Reporter ID You can generate this from the EA app and post it here in the thread. See [INFO/GUIDE] Index - Troubleshooting the EA app. Once we have these details, we can investigate the issue further and try to identify its cause. I bought battlefield V using steam a few years ago, got an origin account and played approximately three hours of the game before I stopped playing for a while. When, decided to redownload the game and play again I first got the new EA app and then attempted to boot it up. Upon booting it up it gave the error message "An incompatible version is on your device. Please uninstall the steam version." I have purged the steam version and all of its files from my computer along with redownloading the ea launcher multiple times, and unlinked my steam account. Yet, I still cannot access the game and the download button is greyed out and inaccessible. What should I do? Any help would be appreciated.EA App Not Connecting via Xbox App on PC – Tried Everything

Hello, I have a serious problem. My Steam account is linked to the wrong EA account. That EA account was created with a temporary email address years ago, and I no longer have access to it. Because of this, I cannot unlink it, and now every EA game I purchase on Steam is locked to that inaccessible EA account. I already contacted EA Support through live chat. Unfortunately, after almost 2 hours of answering verification questions, the chat suddenly disconnected, and the entire session was lost. This means I wasted all that time with no solution. When I tried to reconnect, the chat system simply broke, looping endlessly. Right now I am stuck: I cannot access the old EA account (temporary email, no recovery possible). I cannot unlink Steam from it. I cannot link my Steam to my real EA account. I have proof of ownership of my Steam account and purchases (receipts, transaction IDs, Steam ID, etc.) and I am willing to provide them to support directly. Please, I need a real solution. I am tired of answering the same verification questions over and over while nothing moves forward. This is wasting my time and leaves me without access to games I purchased on Steam. My previous case numbers are 220746159 and 220749464. Thank you.BF 1942, BF 2, Battlefield Bad Company 2 are no longer in my library
I had Battlefield 1942, Battlefield 2, Battlefield Bad Company 2 in my library on Origin app, and i no longer have it in my library on the new EA app. Plus I tried to download DLC's for Battlefield 3 since I have a premium edition and the app asks me to purchase these DLC's. Why can't I download the beforementioned games and why the app does not recognize that I have all DLC's for Battlefield 3? I had paid money for these games, and these copies were practically stolen from me. What is going on EA?61Views2likes3CommentsCan’t access my game – EA App says “You don’t have access”
Hello, I’m trying to launch Need for Speed Unbound and Need for Speed Hot Pursuit from Steam. Both games open the EA App, but when I try to start them, I get the following error: You don’t have access. It’s possible that another user who owns this game has downloaded this title on your device. Sign in with a different account or restart the application to try again. I am logged in with the EA account linked to my Steam account, and I own both games on Steam. I already tried restarting the EA App, logging out and back in, clearing the cache, and deleting temporary files, but the issue persists. It might be related to account linking or license recognition. Could you please check and help me regain access to my games?44Views0likes0Comments
