EA Play games not showing on Gamepass app
I've try these but nothing works: Close the EA app. navigate to the Xbox app Go to settings (click your name top left corner) Select "extensions" Disable the extension for the EA App Locate the game you want to download on the Xbox app You'll notice that the install selection has now gone away and been replaced by an option asking you to "enable extension" Enable the EA app extension The Xbox app should then launch the EA app automatically Once you see the EA app open, you should now be allowed to select an SSD/HDD to install the game I get this error: "We are having trouble connecting to the EA App. Try restarting the Xbox App or contacting EA App support."My old Account Hacked/Stolen - Changed Email & Login

Battlefield 6 PE was preordered as a birthday surprise for me using a secondary account. Before the game released I asked support to connect this account to my main, as I wanted to have all the games in one place. After connecting secondary account was disabled, which is ok, it was only used to purchase the game anyway. But BF6 didn't appear on my main. Since Oct 10th I contacted support 3 times, they say they see the game on my account, but I don't. Tips like reinstalling, clearing cache don't work. I'm tired of reporting it and giving them the same information all over again, when I ask for a refund to buy it on Steam they say wait for few more hours. I think over 140 hours is enough. I don't know what to do. I would refund it myself, but of course I can't cos the effing game is not visible on my account. Dear EA Support, I am experiencing an issue activating EA Sports FC 25 on my computer. Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error stating that the game could not be activated using the EA account I provided. I have followed all the tips given by the previous advisor, but I still can’t open my EA FC 25. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, EA, and FC 25 overnight, but it still won’t open. Every time I try to launch it, it shows the same message as in the picture I sent in the file. I have also deleted the License file as instructed by the previous advisor. I have followed other steps from YouTube as well, but the result is still the same—I can’t open the game. Please help me. I even created a new EA account, but the same screen still appears as shown in the file. I’ve tried everything, including running EA as an administrator, deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. I even deleted FC 25 and re-downloaded it, but it still won’t launch. Before this, I could play without any issues, but starting yesterday, this problem appeared. What else can I do? Please help me. I've linked my EA games app with Epic Games. If I unlink the accounts I can't re-link them until Feb of next year! I clicked to install my new game and it opens EA app to download it. Cool. The EA app doesn't say it's linked to Epic Games but my EA account on web browser DOES say I'm connected. I try to launch Madden in EA app and it says I don't own it? Completely useless! Going to request a refund if this isn't fixed in the next 24 hours.Does EA Support even exist? No response, chat doesn't work
I have been trying to get help from EA to restore my account for months, even years, and I always give up because I can't get any help. I have tried the chat, and it just endlessly cycles a circle on my screen. I have tried X, facebook, no where can I find anyone from actually EA that has ever responded to my issue, and I can't even "Open a case". Can someone from EA please contact me so I can continue to use my own account?
