EA/Origin SUCKS
I have had an origin account for a little over 15 years, I started with The Sims 2 and just recent bought The Sims 4 High School years. I have not had access to my account for over a year. I have not gotten any real help with the issue. I am seriously thinking about seeking legal action I have spent over $500 dollars and years of gameplay and none of my issues have been resolved. This new platform is awful They have had so many bugs and issues, and the system has gotten worse instead of better. How do i change my linked account
so my issue isn’t specifically the EA app but it’s an issue with linking my account. I have an xbox account that is linked to my EA account, but the issue is i no longer use this xbox account nor do i have access to it anyway, so i want to change to my new xbox account but you can only link one xbox account to an EA play account and i just need to know if there’s anything i can do about this to change my linked xbox account to my new one?[INFO REQUEST] "Service Limitations Apply" Error In EA app Or Online
Hi everyone, Over the past week, we’ve seen a small uptick in reports from players encountering a “Service Limitations Apply” error in the EA app on PC and Mac. This error appears during login, when launching a game via a third-party launcher (like Steam or Epic), or when trying to link those launchers to an EA account. To help us investigate and hopefully resolve this for those affected, please share the following information in your reply: Your region/country of residence Whether you are located in or connecting through a country listed under EA’s restricted regions (see: "EA games unavailable in some countries or regions") Are you using a VPN? If so, please disable it completely (make sure no VPN-related processes are running), reboot your device, and try again. Your EA app Error Reporter ID You can generate this from the EA app and post it here in the thread. See [INFO/GUIDE] Index - Troubleshooting the EA app. Once we have these details, we can investigate the issue further and try to identify its cause. Thanks for your help!78Views0likes11CommentsUrgent issue with Xbox/EA account linking unresolved for years.
Hi EA team and community, I’m facing a persistent problem with linking and unlinking Xbox accounts to my EA account that has been unresolved for weeks despite multiple support tickets. Here’s the situation: My primary EA account is linked to the email I use daily (I won’t disclose it here for privacy). I have two Xbox accounts: • iosonoAxel (Xbox account currently linked incorrectly to my EA account) • nonsonoAxel (the Xbox account I want to link to my EA account, but it’s currently linked to my father’s EA account by mistake). Because of this incorrect linking, I’m unable to connect my Xbox to the correct EA profile, which limits my game progress, purchases, and online services. I have full access to all the Xbox and EA accounts involved, so I can provide any verification needed to prove ownership and clear the confusion. I’ve already contacted EA support multiple times, but all they do is open tickets that remain unresolved or provide generic replies asking me to wait up to 72 hours. Unfortunately, no progress has been made, and the previous tickets were closed without a real solution. I kindly ask for a direct intervention from a supervisor, moderator, or an EA team member with the authority to manually unlink and re-link these accounts properly, as this is causing me significant inconvenience and blocking my gaming experience. Thank you in advance for any assistance or guidance you can provide. [CM: Moved from IT to EN - Please make sure to be posting in the right language forums!]20Views0likes0Commentsi cant use ea app
