Urgent: 2FA Codes Not Working for 4 Days
Hello EA Support, I am contacting you regarding an ongoing issue with my EA Account that has prevented me from accessing my account and claiming in-game rewards for the last 4 days. My account is protected by Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), but I am no longer receiving verification codes through any of the available methods. Every attempt to send a code results in an error message stating: “Something went wrong. Try again later.” Due to this issue, I am unable to access important account features and claim rewards that I have legitimately earned, including: XP rewards Season rewards Hero Tokens Other time-limited content These rewards may expire, and I am concerned about losing progress and content because of a technical issue that is completely outside of my control. I kindly request that EA Support urgently review my account and either: Temporarily disable Two-Factor Authentication, or Reset/update my verification method, or Provide an alternative way to verify my identity and regain access. I am fully prepared to verify ownership of the account through any information required, including account details, purchase history, linked platform accounts, or any other verification process. This issue has been ongoing for 4 days, and I would greatly appreciate a prompt resolution before I miss additional rewards and seasonal content. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, My email : [CM edit - remove personal info]. : My EA Account is linked to my PlayStation/Steam account, and I can still access the platform account, which can be used to help verify my ownership of the EA Account.Account Verification Email Delivery Problem – Steam Linked EA Account
Hello, I am having trouble receiving EA verification emails. Here is what I have already checked: My EA account is linked to both my Steam account (baronx36) and my Facebook account. I can successfully log in to my EA account using Facebook. The email address associated with my EA account is an @icloud.com address. The verification screen shows the correct email address (masked as ya*****@icloud.com). I searched my iCloud mailbox, including Inbox, Junk, Trash, and all folders. The email addresses and domains @ea.com and @e.ea.com are not blocked. I can find old EA security code emails from January 2023 in the same mailbox, which confirms that EA emails were previously delivered successfully. New verification emails are not arriving, even after multiple attempts and waiting for an extended period. My Steam account is correctly linked to this EA account, as shown in the Connected Accounts page. Two-factor authentication is currently disabled on my EA account. Because I am not receiving verification emails, I cannot complete the verification process required to access/play my Steam-purchased EA game (FC 26). Could you please verify my account details and help me restore email verification delivery or update my account information if necessary? This company is a mess.
I've been unable to play Jedi: Survivor for months because of an error code that says it is on their end that is the issue. When I tried to contact support I was met with someone who was clearly just reading off of the help forum and doing their best but ultimately ended up back to telling me good luck with my efforts after reading off all of the things I've done already. I also have come to realize that because of the way game pass works with the EA app i can not get my old save data back from my old account that had EA play because these accounts can only be linked with one Xbox account ever for some reason?? and that's not even mentioning the fact that even IF I wanted to play this game somewhere else it would still not work because steam goes through EA to run the game. I' honestly baffled that this company is running at this level of efficiency for customer support and I guess I'm just never playing any other games on the app ever again because I'm just told to figure it out.Solved134Views0likes3CommentsCan't Play FC 26 - EA Verification Emails Not Received
Hello, I am having an issue with my EA account and Steam. I can log into my EA account using Facebook without any problems. However, I purchased EA Sports FC 26 on Steam and I am unable to play it because I cannot sign in through the EA App with my Steam account. When I try to log in, EA is supposed to send a verification or password reset email, but I never receive any email. I have been trying every day for the past week. I also used the "Forgot Password" option multiple times, but no reset email arrives either. I have checked my spam/junk folders and verified that I am using the correct email address. Unfortunately, I still do not receive any emails from EA. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there a way to verify which EA account is linked to my Steam account, or can EA Support help me recover access to the linked account? Thank you for any assistance.Solved44Views0likes2Commentscouldn't finish installing error code:INST-3-1310
I don't know how to get around this error. This started when I signed on to Steam and downloaded a game. They required a graphics card update. It completed messed up everything. Troubleshooting instructions told me to delete everything EA related. Now the app will not install at all.Missing Game In Library
I had purchased Fifa 16 back in 2016 on Origin, but now in my EA app, I don't see the game. I have all the other games I had purchased before EA app replaced Origin, but Fifa 16 is missing. I've contacted EA support several times and I have tried all the steps they suggested such as clearing cache, restarting the app, checking hidden games folder, logging out and in, but still no success. Any suggestion would be great!EA Sports FC 25 Activation Issue
Dear EA Support, I am experiencing an issue activating EA Sports FC 25 on my computer. Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error stating that the game could not be activated using the EA account I provided. I have followed all the tips given by the previous advisor, but I still can’t open my EA FC 25. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, EA, and FC 25 overnight, but it still won’t open. Every time I try to launch it, it shows the same message as in the picture I sent in the file. I have also deleted the License file as instructed by the previous advisor. I have followed other steps from YouTube as well, but the result is still the same—I can’t open the game. Please help me. I even created a new EA account, but the same screen still appears as shown in the file. I’ve tried everything, including running EA as an administrator, deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. I even deleted FC 25 and re-downloaded it, but it still won’t launch. Before this, I could play without any issues, but starting yesterday, this problem appeared. What else can I do? Please help me. I’ve spent the entire night trying to fix this, but there’s still no solution.3.3KViews0likes27Comments
