Hi, thanks for reaching out. I can see that your account is subscribed to EA Play. I also checked on my side, although I’m on Pro, and it appears to be displaying normally for me.
Could you please make sure your PC region, EA Account region, and store region all match? Region or storefront mismatches can sometimes affect catalog availability.
It may also be worth trying a clean reinstall of the EA app using Revo Uninstaller.

My PC region and EA Account region match, I have no option for store region under settings in the app.
This is the only game that seems to have this issue.
I tried a clear reinstall using Revo and it didn't help unfortunately.

If this helps in any way, it looks like even if I buy the game (specifically the Celebration Edition) I won't be able to access it.
