Activate product Issue
This problem has happened to me twice now if you go to open a game and it gives you a prompt saying activate product key contact the support team and ask them to refresh your account it is a quick fix to that issue.

What game are you trying to launch?
If you're trying to install the game in a different language, it can sometimes help if you go ahead and install it in English and then try again. If it works, you can change the language back to your preferred language.
