Add ons greyed out in EA App? Can't download and install For Rent.

I just bought For Rent and was able to put the download code in, but it won't let me download, and shows my game library as having the Windows version of Sims 4 as well.  Even though the game op...

I repaired all of my games and then re-installed the EA App, which seemed to fix it, but I didn't see anyone else having the issue.
