After the game update in march, my ea account only reflected the sims 4 basegame, despite me owning the sims 1 &2 legacy collection, as well as 26 DLCs in sims 4. However, they are in my files. When I checked the installer log of 1 DLC, this is what is says:

If you're missing all of your expansion packs as well as other games, then it sounds like you might not be logging in with the right EA account. Do you have any other email addresses you might have used to make an EA account in the past?
Hello!EA_QueenBee, it is the correct account! I’m sure as when I enter the game (Sims 4) , my sims and lots are there but they’re all naked and bald, and the lots exclude the items from the missing packs.
