Packs/DLC No Longer Exist???

I had a problem a little while ago where my most recent packs were shown as unowned. Luckily, the problem seemed to have solved itself.

Unfortunately, the problem is back again, but worse. The game seems to think that multiple packs don't even exist? It's past the point of saying they're unowned; they're not even there to begin with. It is almost like my game has somehow reverted back to a previous version. When I look in the in-game store, the packs are all glitched out.

This is extremely upsetting. I did not spend so much money on this game only to have my purchases constantly disappear and have the game glitch out. FIX THIS EA. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

And yes, I repaired the game in the EA app, uninstalled/reinstalled it, cleared the cache in the EA app, etc. I've been troubleshooting for hours and nothing has worked. I removed all mods/cc and nothing has worked. Why does this keep happening? Is my game corrupted?

If I cannot play with what I purchased, I expect a refund. This is ridiculous.

    Misfit-RX​  Do your newer packs load in-game, or are they gone there too?  I understand they're not showing in the pack selector, and the tiles don't load at the Main Menu, but I'm curious whether this affects the content you see in-game.

    Please also list the version number you see in the lower-left corner of the Main Menu.  And let me know what type of install this is: EA App, Steam, mixed, or something else.

    The content does not appear in game -- that's what alerted me to check the menus. The main menu says Version 1.120.117.1030 and I'm using DX11. This seems normal? I don't understand why any of this is happening. I use the EA App only.

    Misfit-RX​  Please do a clean uninstall of Sims 4 and the EA App, as described here:

    It's critical to create a new folder into which you install the game, and the folder cannot be in Documents or on the desktop.  If you use a third-party antivirus, please disable it temporarily while reinstalling the game, and don't reenable it until you've tested Sims 4 at least once.  As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe, and you can reenable the AV after you've tested.

    I just did everything exactly as you described it and it's still not working. The ui is all messed up and my packs are still missing. The game looks the same as it did before.

    Misfit-RX​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

    Please also let me know if your game is installed on and/or you've moved your user folder to an external drive, and what model that drive is.

    Misfit-RX​  Are you willing to try installing the game through Steam instead?  The base game is free, and as long as the Steam account is linked to your EA account that owns all this content, you'd be able to tell the App to download the DLC into your Steam install and have it all load at the same time.

    If you're interested, uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4 again, sign into Steam, download only the base game, link your Steam and EA accounts, and see whether the game looks right.  If it does, start installing your EA App-owned DLC, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and load the game every few packs to make sure the problem doesn't reappear.

    I just did that and it's still not working :(( The base game through Steam still has all the ui/menus messed up and when I tried to download my packs it still excluded everything after Growing Together. Is my game corrupted somehow?
