Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I havent started the game in a long time and now when i wanted to play it again it said that my game library is empty even tho i have the sims 4 installed and ive bought quite some dlcs (Cats and Dogs, Get to work, Seasons, City living, Discover University, Dine out) and i have none of them anymore. The last time i played it all worked perfectly fine (which was like a year ago) and now I updated The sims 4 and I started the game and it says I have no dlcs and that i have to purchase them. What the hell is that, either i get a refund or they bring me back the dlcs ive bought because this is insane.

    I literally just opened my app to the same thing. I own almost every DLC. I restarted my computer, and it is all there now. Hopefully it comes back up for you.

    I've restarted the pc and also tried repairing the game but it didnt work, still no dlcs. I have no idea what to do anymore. Im glad that you got yours back tho!

    Hi Mateicca 

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.
