"Welcome to (pack)" pop-ups reappearing every time I open the game.

Question

Hi, I have a reoccurring issue that has been happening for 2+ years. Every time I open the sims4, I get a welcome to pack notification for every single pack I have. I have posted about it before on here and everyone says to delete the "ReticulatedSplinesView" file, but that didn't work for me. Before I had deleted this file I only got popups for a few packs. Now I get popups for every single pack I own. I have deleted this file multiple times in the span of 2 years and it has only made it worse. Someone PLEASE help me. I will insert a picture of what it looks like when I open the game. I am on a Lenovo laptop on windows most recent update if that helps.

When I open the game, it does this but for every single pack I have.

g83nsvplt670​&nbsp; What antivirus do you use, and does it help to disable it (temporarily of course)?&nbsp; Is OneDrive running on your computer, and if so, does it help to pause syncing?&nbsp; It sounds like the game can't write to ReticulatedSplinesView, at least after creating it, and therefore can't register that you've already seen these pop-ups.
