All Packs Owned but Missing from game

I own all sims 4 packs but since today's update when I start the game it is saying 90 packs are missing. The EA app shows that the games are owned and installed but in the game all pack items are missing. I have repaired my game, cleared cache in the EA app and tried to start a new game but all pack items are missing from CAS. My mods are disabled.
