''An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later''

Since setting up new laptop today, I have installed EA onto it and been trying to load The Sims 4 however, keep getting the above message over the last 3/4hours. 

I have tried 

  • Using trouble-shooter
  • Using as administrator 
  • Repairing the game 
  • Clearing cache 
  • Trying to run on another windows to see if works 
  • Uninstalling/reinstalling 

Contacted EA help chat, they have advised me to write on here - any help/suggestions?
