Since setting up new laptop today, I have installed EA onto it and been trying to load The Sims 4 however, keep getting the above message over the last 3/4hours.
I have tried
- Using trouble-shooter
- Using as administrator
- Repairing the game
- Clearing cache
- Trying to run on another windows to see if works
- Uninstalling/reinstalling
Contacted EA help chat, they have advised me to write on here - any help/suggestions?
