app will not download my game i just purchased

purchased the deluxe to MOH - warfighter cuz the old copy i bought years ago on amazon would not download, so i thought maybe if i bought it from ea directly maybe it would work but no, the download process gets stuck at the preparing to download and doesn't go any further.....is it because i am running windows 11.......I've tried thee cache reset, running the app in admin, closing the background process.....nothing seems to work

I can download it on my windows 8.1 pc but not my win 11.......is there a way to copy game files from my win8 on a flash drive and move them to my win 11??? is that a possible option?

    Hey there, 

    You can try to move the game files using a flash drive. Here's how to do it: 

    • On your Windows 8.1 PC, find the Medal of Honor: Warfighter game folder (usually in Program Files under EA Games or Origin Games) and copy it to a flash drive or external hard drive.
    • On your Windows 11 PC, paste the folder into the same directory path.
    • If the EA App still tries to download the game, let it start briefly, pause it, replace the new folder with your copied one, then resume the download.
