If your Steam account is banned, I'd recommend reaching out to Steam support as we can't really take a look at those.
As for the ban on your EA account, you'll need to reach out to our terms of service team for help. If your account seems to have gone missing, live support can help you find it.
Remember that sharing your account is never a good idea, and is against the EA User Agreement and Steam Subscriber Agreement.
