Same problem here. I'm running some troubleshooting now as I don't have this problem on my macbook, but I'm running into it on my mac mini that I just got set up for the first time in a few months after moving. Packs work fine on my Linux computer, not a single problem on my macbook air, but this mini seems to be causing a lot of grief today. I'll be attempting a system update, possibly an EA app reinstall and a clean install of TS4 if updating my computer doesn't sort itself out. I'm currently running Sonoma 14.6.1 and will be updating to Sequoia 15.0.0. EA app is updating right now too, but I don't see this fixing itself as it ran an update earlier and didn't seem to do anything at all for this glitch. I really just wish the stupid app would work, or they'd listen to us and go back to Origin like everyone wanted/wants.
Update: None of my own troubleshooting worked at all. I sent in a report to EA through the app, but I honestly doubt I'll hear anything back. I think technically I made it worse because now I have two more packs that can't be downloaded that I think were downloaded on their own before I uninstalled to reinstall the game. Be mindful of that I guess.

Well, I'm waiting for a solution since the EA App came for Mac users. Since then I troubelshooted a lot, made a lot of tickets but EA seems to not care at all 😅 can't play the game since, because it corrupts my gameplay 😎
