Troubleshooting Steps Tried
I’ve already attempted the following without success:
Cleared EA App cache
Reinstalled the game
Launched the .exe directly as administrator
Verified install path and permissions
Checked firewall and antivirus settings
Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App (including deletion of AppData and ProgramData folders)
Confirmed I’m logged into the correct EA account
Despite these efforts, the issue persists.
Support Case Issue
I attempted to open a support ticket, and a case was created. However:
Clicking “Resume Case” only redirects me to generic troubleshooting articles
I cannot upload files or message an agent
The ticket appears stuck and is at risk of auto-closing
Possible Cause
This might be a licensing synchronization issue related to the Origin → EA App migration, as the license may not be correctly mapped to my EA App profile.
