Same issue here, Windows 10 on the latest version. I opened a ticket, haven't heard anything back.
Apparently EA simply does not give a **bleep**.
YUP been a gamer since the 80's i can testify to that! theyd ont give a **bleep** about supporting ANY of their products...that said, check your system logs for a .net4 error when launching the game. That appears to be issue for me so hope that leads to fix!
