Can’t Open Game
I play on PC, Sims 4, through Steam but it opens the EA app. I’m getting error code EC:10500. Any tips?

It should help here, if you run the EA app and the game as administrator, as explained here:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-app/game-download-install-load-troubleshoot/Try that and see if it lets you launch the game.
