Re: [ANSWER IN THREAD] Ongoing Purchase Restrictions on More Sims 4 EPs

I’m using EA App on Windows.
The Sims 4 base game is installed and playable, but the DLC store is not loading correctly.

Only the pack categories appear (Expansion Packs, Game Packs, Stuff Packs),
but no actual packs are shown and I cannot purchase any DLC.

I believe this is an entitlement issue related to my EA account.

Please refresh my Sims 4 entitlements and enable DLC purchases on my account.
