I think this one has to do with the internet connection. I tried using mobile hotspot and it worked. But this will be exclusive with launching your game up. I'm thinking maybe VPN could work but it's still quite unknown what the real problem is. Try using a different connection like hotspot, launch the game, then go back to your internet connection. That can work, I guess. It worked for me.

also have the same problem bro I also live in ph trying to solve it for 2 days already still no result.
