Can I transfer the Steam DLCs to EA app?
HI! I have a PC and a Mac, I play most of the time on my PC but I want to use the Mac too. I downloaded the EA app but I don't have my DLCs bought on the Steam store, how can I do it? technically I already paid for them, how can I use them on my Mac? Steam doesn't allow me to download S4, it says it's only for Windows ☹️ thank you!

No, as explained before there is no Mac version on Steam.
You could run Windows on your Mac through Bootcamp (Intel Macs) or a virtual machine (ARM Macs) and install Steam in the Windows environment.
