cannot open the EA app's starting page:(
I need help!cuz I'm not a native English speaker, my sentences may not properly signify my questions…
yesterday I downloaded EA app to install THE SIMS 4,but today when I start again it ain't recall!
the app truly start to load, but I cannot see the staring page,so I could just delete the app and download again...I wonder why it broke down!!
ps:im in travel,so my ip may change from a province to another,,and I searched for help in REDNOTE,the players told me to use my phone's hotspot to connect to my Mac and the connection may speed up...I try it, but failed agian......
