[INFO REQUEST] "Service Limitations Apply" Error In EA app Or Online
Hi everyone, Over the past week, we’ve seen a small uptick in reports from players encountering a “Service Limitations Apply” error in the EA app on PC and Mac. This error appears during login, when launching a game via a third-party launcher (like Steam or Epic), or when trying to link those launchers to an EA account. To help us investigate and hopefully resolve this for those affected, please share the following information in your reply: Your region/country of residence Whether you are located in or connecting through a country listed under EA’s restricted regions (see: "EA games unavailable in some countries or regions") Are you using a VPN? If so, please disable it completely (make sure no VPN-related processes are running), reboot your device, and try again. Your EA app Error Reporter ID You can generate this from the EA app and post it here in the thread. See [INFO/GUIDE] Index - Troubleshooting the EA app. Once we have these details, we can investigate the issue further and try to identify its cause. I have been trying to purchase The Sims 4 Essential Glam Kit through the EA App for the past two days, but I keep receiving the following error: "We had some trouble processing your request. Select a different payment method, or try again a little later. [ref. #54001]" I have tried multiple times and also waited, but the issue still persists. Could you please help me resolve this problem so I can complete my purchase? I've tried using mobile, internet site, clearing caches etc. I've seen like 20 people from Turkey having this problem on X. And while browsing the EA Forum, I saw at least 20 different people from Turkey also experiencing the same issue too. Thank you in advance for your support. For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. This has never happened before, and it only affects the EA App—my Steam games run without issue. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!Solved1.7KViews11likes103CommentsEA won't let me download NFS Heat...
I have a primary account connected to Steam that plays it. But I made a secondary EA account and redeemed a digital copy of the game on that account. The game doesn't support multiple saves (STUPIDLY!!!), so I bought a second copy of the game specifically for the EA app, not related to Steam at all. But it keeps b***hing about an "incompatible version" of the game and it's saying I need to uninstall the Steam version in order to go forward with it. Yeah I'm not doing that. I got both copies fair and square and with my own money. 🤨 There a DIFFERENT or SANE way to resolve this issue?27Views0likes0CommentsBattlefield V Download and Access Issue
I bought battlefield V using steam a few years ago, got an origin account and played approximately three hours of the game before I stopped playing for a while. When, decided to redownload the game and play again I first got the new EA app and then attempted to boot it up. Upon booting it up it gave the error message "An incompatible version is on your device. Please uninstall the steam version." I have purged the steam version and all of its files from my computer along with redownloading the ea launcher multiple times, and unlinked my steam account. Yet, I still cannot access the game and the download button is greyed out and inaccessible. What should I do? Any help would be appreciated.EA APP Wont start up
i have been having trouble getting my EA APP to load up and get a chance to sign in. It worked earlier this week but for some reason it no longer lets me be able to even get it started. it just loads up then just instantly disappears/crashes. i tried nearly every step i could find on the internet being simply reinstalling it, repairing it, restarting PC, clear cache, disabled backgrounds, close all programs, running in admin, everything is updated regarding windows and graphic drivers, but i cant seem to get it running, anyone know a solution i could try?games missing from ea app library after clearning cache.
i haven't played in a good while, the last time was when it was origin an now when i try to play something most of the games i want to play are missing from my library. i cleared the cache an this helped get back a bunch of my battlefield games but titanfall 2 and im not even sure is missing from my library. nothing ive tried has brought them back. im not even sure what all is missing since its been so long. i have to dig through storage to find some old stuff to confirm what i did have an whats missing now but at moment titanfall 2 is the main game i was wanting to play again, anyone have any idea how to get them back. i assume if i contact ea about it i'll have to have proof but im not sure how im going to pull that off cause after a point i stopped buying hard copies of the games so at this point im avoiding buying battlefield 6 from ea app cause this has never been an issue for me on steam. i have over 1500 games on steam and my origin library was large too but hard to say at this point what all games i should have on. i know what i got on steam cause i have access to my payment history but ive not found anything like this through the ea app and cant find the origin install to check it if it would even be able to connect to anything if i did.
