My Account hacked and i can't remove the hacker number!
My account hacked and the support helped me to get my account back but still one more problem in my account, the hacker used he's number in my account to recover the account and to stole it again the support team helped me a lot and they can't to remove his number, I asked for help please! when I try to delete his number, I being asked to receive a code on this number, what should I do! Don't my account go away !!!! I paid a lot in APEX LEGENDS gameAn error on our end cause the game failed to launch.
This error has been around for more than a week and it really gets me frustrated. I tried every methods in every articles or forums I found but nothing helps. What do I supposed to do now, I really lost. Perhaps this will be my last product I bought from EA. Can even get to play the game you paid by your own money :/Ea app will not open
I've been trying for days to fix the problem my ea app wouldn't open it said error code 10005 I uninstalled and re installed the app and it now says it has trouble connecting to update servers i've also removed all my mods and the game still wouldn't work I think it is a issue with the connection status as in the files it has a red cross next to it but i don’t know how to fix it
Can't send error report
Very ironically, tried to send an error report as the sims 4 is virtually unplayable and the sims won't stop ignoring commands and undoing when I do get them to do anything. Error report wouldn't send through. How are you meant to resolve issues if we can't use the routes available to us?! For the record I confirmed send and then got a pop up saying it hadn't gone through, it's not that I didn't follow what was requiredEA app telling me The Sims 4 is uninstalled when it isn't
Hi, I'm having a very infuriating problem. I played The Sims 4 the day before just to log into EA the next morning and the app tells me I have to download the game. I'm completely confused because I played it the previous night with no issues. I've done everything other people with the same issue have done. I've cleared cache, restarted both the app and my pc multiple times, ended task, tried app recovery, updating the app, EVERYTHING I can possibly think of, yet nothing works. It seems I haven't been the only one with the problem, yet others that had the problem seems to have gotten it fixed except me. My pc doesn't even have space because the game itself is in my laptop and has taken up all the space so I can't even reinstall the game. Please I have DLCs, packs, mods and cc installed so I don't want to do anything that will make me lose my game and saves as well because I've lost my saves multiple times and IT HURTS. Please I need help!!! I have screenshots below. Thank you. There are no "three dots" to click... Also, please keep in mind that my "Last played" should actually be March 21st or something. I don't know where all my progress went to. Thank you in advance.The EA app won't open, saying an error occurred.
Since yesterday, I've tried to open my EA app, but it says there's an error in my connection to the internet. I checked my internet with other apps, and everything worked fine except for EA. I tried turning it off and back on, resetting my computer, updating my computer, updating windows, and none of that worked. Someone told me I needed to clear my cache, so I tried to find forms about it on EA help and none of it would work with the situation I was in and required me to open the launcher. One video said to download it again, and I tried that with the installation download and repair from there, then tried to launch the app, and then it told me the background services crashed and to run update, then told me the update server is unavailable. My dad then uninstalled and reinstalled it, and now I can open the launcher. Still, nothing shows up except the top left corner with the three lines and the X. I used that to try and clear my cache but it didn't do anything and tried to contact EA and send an error report and wrote all of this just for it to tell me there was an error with the error report.
App not Loading
Hello guys I am at a stand still with my EA app on Pc. It just wont load up, I have tried everything seen and suggested so far, (restarting pc, repairing the app, reinstalling the app, even reinstalling on different hard drive, clearing the cache using app recovery, clearing cache using run on windows by typing in %appcachedata%, checked for windows update and driver updates and nothing there either) is there anyone out there that can help me before I burn my pc alive pls -_-
Why is support wildly incompetent?
The EA app doesn't support keys for products that originally were delivered with secuROM. As such I have the problem that one of my games, Mirrors Edge, has reached a license limit. The product key is stored server side with EA and is not visible to myself, nor has it ever been. 6+ emails later across 5 support staff, they have ignored every single response and keep passing the ball to a new staff member who repeats the same ignorant gibberish: "Thank you for contacting EA, My name is [useless] and I would be assisting you with your issue today. Hope you are doing well. I have reviewed your email and came to know that you are facing issue with the "Mirrors Edge Limit". So, to proceed the case further please send us with the product code. I would suggest you to find the product code in your confirmation email. If you can't find the email I request you to check the spam/Junk file. Thanks again for contacting EA." Who can I talk to that is able to actually read replies and handle this extremely simple issue?
