This error appears during login, when launching a game via a third-party launcher (like Steam or Epic), or when trying to link those launchers to an EA account. To help us investigate and hopefully resolve this for those affected, please share the following information in your reply: Your region/country of residence Whether you are located in or connecting through a country listed under EA’s restricted regions (see: "EA games unavailable in some countries or regions") Are you using a VPN? If so, please disable it completely (make sure no VPN-related processes are running), reboot your device, and try again. For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. This has never happened before, and it only affects the EA App—my Steam games run without issue. It's been three months, may as well try again. It keeps saying "Enter Product Key" or "Buy This Game". I've already bought this game, played back in July of 2023. Everything was fine then. How do I get the product key so I can play ME3 again online? Hello I have tried to find solution for this problem, but i cant, even on this forum. Its been while since i played games on EA. Today, i have tried to log in in EA app (PC), but e-mail that im using, and my username EA doesnt recognise. I always get msg ''We couldn’t find your EA Account.'' I have checked, do have history of emails from EA on this email, so it is right one. I havent been banned or something as far as i know. I have send email to customer service but still no response. EA offers me to change password, you get the point. pls help meCan´t approve changes
I haven´t logged into my ea account for a long time and my old email address that was linked to my ea account isn´t still in use. Now I want to log into my account but I have to approve changes before and can´t get into the app without doing so and I need the email that I don´t have anymore. What do I do about that? When pressing either desktop shortcut or the EA app on the taskbar it asks me that question “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device” Once if I am lucky but it asks it twice usually. Ive ran it as administrator I have tried reinstalling I even lowered uac settings a bit and it is still happening. Hi, as u can see, I have the issue "some features have been disabled because the ea app launched from another application" suddenly, and I don't know what happened. I tried to install and uninstall the app, but it didn't work. Also my account is properly linked to steam.22Views0likes1Comment
