EA APP IS GARBAGE
EA, please fix your garbage app or stop making users use it. The number of technical issues this app faces is just a joke at this point. My whole weekend has been ruined trying to fix the app that you guys make users use so that they can play games that they paid for. The app doesn't run well at all keeps crashing, and for me personally won't even open. I reinstalled it about 50 times, trying different hard drives and diffrent google account to try and install with. Either make a working launcher app like Epic Games and Steam, or stop forcing consumers to use the launcher.
Ea app update cannot download
Hello, I have been trying to get the ea app working for days without success. I have tried all the tutorials I can find on YouTube and nothings worked. I cannot download the app from a browser it just won’t work. It’s not a firewall or browser issue I have disabled everything and tried 4 different browsers. I can download it by trying to launch a game through steam but then it won’t launch the app ever. It’s not an internet issue cause I checked it many times. I keep trying to fix it through files but that changes nothing as well. I cannot get it to work and I have tried everything. This is immensely frustrating that I cannot play the games I payed for because it won’t work. Someone please help.
Games not working and disappearing
I have been a member for 10 years and never had this much trouble. I got a new computer for christmas and installed some of my games. My Dragon Age games in which I have the deluxe editions will not play. I get errors as if I don't have a license to play them. I have many different games in my library.....or I DID. When I logged in this morning they were all GONE as if I never purchased anything. My account information shows NO purchase history. What is going on? I did an app recovery and the library came back, but it doesn't help the issue for not being able to play the games.No Verification Codes
EA will not email me any verification codes (I checked spam folders) to be able to log into my account when I went to turn 2fa on (didn't know it was turned off because usually it sends me a code to be able to get into my account). It said 'Something went wrong' then when i tried to do it again it said it sent a code but I never received it.
Battlefield 4 disappeared from EA app library
BF4 is gone from my EA app. I bought BF4 and all DLC last year and had been playing it actively and now it's gone. When I search for it on the EA app store it says I own all the DLC but that I don't own the base game.... wtf? I put over 100 hours in and just want to play the ******* game I paid for. The only thing related to this that may have caused the **bleep** EA app to act **bleep** is that I recently unsubscribed from Xbox game pass and uninstalled the Xbox app, but I did not buy BF4 through it, I bought BF4 through the EA app.
