[INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app
For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. This has never happened before, and it only affects the EA App—my Steam games run without issue. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!

everyone said need to log in with administrator password but this window come after we put the right password not coming from put wrong password And in addition, I also tried going to... I've open EA Swiss Sarl in App Background Activity already for mac setting -Files & Folders I've add Ea APP already -Full Disk Access I've add Ea App and open it already *but in Local network I did'n see anything about EA App, and it seems that adding network access will have to come from the app itself. I use Macbook Air M5, macOS Tahoe 26.6, and my Mac is up to date. I think I've provided enough details, and from what I've found in my research, other people have encountered this problem as well, and it's been around for a very long time. However, the problem remains unresolved; people simply disappear, choosing to delete the app entirely without any further action. If you require further details, I am happy to find and provide answers to prevent this problem from happening again and to benefit all players worldwide. Hopefully, this problem will be resolved.
Missing Game In Library
I had purchased Fifa 16 back in 2016 on Origin, but now in my EA app, I don't see the game. I have all the other games I had purchased before EA app replaced Origin, but Fifa 16 is missing. I've contacted EA support several times and I have tried all the steps they suggested such as clearing cache, restarting the app, checking hidden games folder, logging out and in, but still no success. Any suggestion would be great!
FC 26 failed to launch after EA Javelin Anti Cheat pop up
Hi, I'm trying to launch FC 26 from Steam. The EA AntiCheat window appears and loads for about a minute, then closes. The game never starts, and I don't receive any error message. I've already tried everything I could find — every tutorial and forum suggestion online — but none of these steps have fixed the problem. I've attached my DxDiag report and Event Viewer log from when FC 26 crashed. I'd really appreciate it if someone could take a look and help me figure out what's causing this issue. I brought the bundle via Amazon this morning because I had Gift cards. Now that I have put the code into the app how do I play the game on my Xbox past the trial? My account is linked to Xbox as well and EA says I own The game. I downloaded the trial on my Xbox and I have none of the perks I’m supposed to get for preorder?
Unreasonable hashtags
I am receiving unreasonable amounts of hashtags during chats on the EA App. For example, telling my friend my dying Aunt wants me to come for Xmas is all hash tagged out. What part of that is dangerous, filthy, sex-oriented, drug-oriented, not age appropriate? I have also had strikes on asking what's for dinner? Please, get it together. If Xmas is sexual, look it up. It's a common abbreviation.
