Cannot play Red Alert 2 on windows 11 through the EA App

Hi,

I have purchased the full C&C remastered collection.

I am having issues playing C&C Red Alert 2 on my windows 11 PC.

I can successfully play the Yuri's Revenge part of the game, but I cannot play the Red Alert 2 side.

I have followed all attempts to recover/repair the files, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it.

I can play both games on my windows 10 PC.

I would love some help and assistance please.
